Pan fried scallops, leeks, crispy Ruaig Farm pork belly
V – braised leeks, herbed butter, soft boiled egg and einkorn crumble

To follow

Baked cod with sorrel and herb crust and cream sauce
V – Alissa Timoshkina's beetroot and walnut patties with horseradish cream
served with skirlie mash, wilted kale with marjoram oil and a green salad to follow
